The rim are plastic. Do rims normally do this?

I would send an email to Ben at the Yoyofactory website and ask him if he has any suggestions. Let him know if it’s hit the ground hard or similar. More info is better. He should get back to you. And sorry to hear, I’ve been playing mine a lot this week.
