In my time in the community I’ve got to test a handful of prototypes and such and one thing I’ll guarantee in every time I test something (assuming I have permission to be rough with it) is my kids will help test durability.

What I did was clamp the axle in a vise and chewed the ends up with pliers to make them “porous” for the glue to adhere better, and then assembled. I figured if the splining works for Duncan’s, plier bite marks can work as well for 3D prints
Yeah I found with testing some stuff from FD in tpu that the thinnest areas around the axle or seat (in that case it was using stems) would crack due to flex after being thrown around by my kids for a few days.
