What about the DM? My friend and I have both tried and one side comes out easy and the other wont budge. Is it made to only have one removed like Andre does in the videos?

Is it backwards because,that happened to me and i had to jab a tack in it and pry it out with a bookmark… well it’s along story. So is it backwards?
