Sorry, should have been more specific there. I meant more forgiving on string tricks because of the wide shape of the yoyo and much larger catch zone. That’s what i get for using a dangling participle (shoulda payed more attention in English class :-)!

Negative sir. It’s just physics. When you push rim weight to the limit you sacrifice forgivingness as far as vibey and wobbly throws go as the poster I quoted stated. Nothing was defective, and as I said I made sure by using the fingernail test to rule out the chance of a factory wobble and found that it was indeed not a defect.
Another Typical SPYY body. I wish they’d make something angular like the G5 or Genesis. That’s a yoyo I’d want to play.
