Brand new, never thrown. Removed from box for the picture only. Comes with stickers, new yoyo smell, pin, and diamond blend string. I love my other councils but this colorway just isn’t my taste.

I felt the same way at first but once I threw a string on that matched the rims it all came together for me 
regardless, council is great, whoever buys it is in for a treat

I have the proto and the arkham. It’s an amazing yoyo, i love the other two i have I’m just not in love with this colorway.
Understood. I have the arkham and i agree its a really nice throw. Snoz is the best council ive seen this far but i do like these red white and blue ones.
