I use a different length string every time so that way it always feels new to me:P
I usually want the loop of my string to be about an inch above the bottom of my sternum. Just long enough where I won’t easily drop it into the ground, and is longer than the advised belly button deal.
This is about the length I’m at right now… may not stay that way forever, but I’m finding my usual “a little bit above the bellybutton” just isn’t long enough for comfort as I’m practicing Spirit Bomb.
I cut my string where my fat folds over itself, that is just the best in my opinion.
