I was around 10 years old when I read on a school mate diary the glorious joke:
“Cosa fanno le galline sotto la pioggia?”
“Si bagnano”
Which can be translate more or less as:
“What chickens do under the rain?”
“They get wet”
This joke stay with me all my life (I am 30 now), at the time I crack up laughing like it was the best thing I ever heard (and I was 10 so probably it was) as I didn’t expect that the joke was actually “the truth” and there was no joke in it but with the time I never understand why it was so funny, still I don’t know how something like that can ends up on a school diary, still I am grateful as I wonder how my life can be if I never read that
