I’d only buy one used considering how it’s lost most of it’s popularity and there’s a good amount on the BST. I’d only buy a phenom TI new since I haven’t seen many of those on the bst and it’s not that much more expensive.
As for the yoyo itself it’s a great player
why would you want one? do you need it?
do you like the shape?
size and weight?
do you like a slightly floaty yoyo? mind you the phenom is not particularly really floaty, but not solid either.
do you need it?
if most of the answer is yes, then get it… you won’t be disappointed if you like it.
