So, I decided to experiment with Shoe Goo response pads in my trustee N12. They shrunk by approximately 50%!!!
In the images below, the silicone is fully cured. I haven’t cleaned up any of the excess yet, in case you were wondering.
My theory is that perhaps this type of silicone has a high percent of volatile solvent in it, which evaporated during the curing phase.
Anyway, I’m just bored and thought you guys might find this interesting.

Someone MUST try duct tape.

I tried duct tape friction stickers when my Duncan Freehand wore out its stickers, along with window sealant. Both stayed in place but were not sticky enough.

I currently have duct tape in my freehand zero, and it kind of works unresponsive, but is still pretty slippery.

I already did this, it works alright and works on shallow response like duncan friction responces.

That doesn’t work…
Unless you store the yoyo in a bag shaped like a Toilet.
And then… the only trick you can do with it is ‘Drop in the Bucket’.

Just keep doing it. Eventually you’ll get enough layers!
