Okay so I ordered a few yoyos a couple days ago, and I got the email saying the order is confirmed, but not the email saying it shipped. Is it taking a bit longer because they are busy with the Pro Packs? Are the emails lost? Sorry if I seem impatient, I am really excited for these.
It is Easter weekend and I am sure André and everybody up at YYE is swamped with pro packs and upcoming NER.
That’s entirely normal, particularly for a weekend. It’s very rare that an order will ship the same day you order it.
