I don’t think they really come off. They aren’t made for the caps to come off. But if you really do want to take them off, you can just use a knife and go along the edges until the cap cracks off, but then you won’t be able to put them back. So only do that if you really want to.
It is very much possible to take the caps off. Don’t say you can’t…

I said it’s made not to take the caps off, but you can do it. You can also use a knife to take them off. But you can’t snap them back in, unless you glue them or something like that.
