Use suction cups or duct tape and pull them out.
Try to pull them out at an angle to prevent the suction cups or tape from losing it’s grip.

if you dont have suction cup / duct tape use something very pointy and thing like the edge of a pocket knife and pull out the caps bu putting them at the edge. THIS COULD RUIN YOUR CAPS DO IT ON YOUR OWN CAUTION!
