Dude stop speaking for people produce one of those ā€œpeopleā€ your speaking ofā€¦Iā€™m still active on discordā€¦I didnā€™t get banned or get it shut down it got shut down because a couple people had issues with my communication and were waiting for throws because I got in a bad accident and have to have f****** back surgery and then people who hadnā€™t ever made a deal with me started jumping in calling me a scammer in the rep page like your doing now so they shut it down to reform the rep page and thatā€™s the truth of the situation ā€¦so stop calling me a scammer because youā€™ve never been scammed by me nor has anyone else for that matter

Hello Ed, Iā€™m not going to go back and forth with you. As a seller there are things you donā€™t just donā€™t do. You are notorious for how you treat the people who buy yo-yos from you. Yea maybe you do send out throws in timely matter to certain people , but there are MANY people who you have wronged here: simply sending out the throw is NOT how you are supposed to treat people; When you REQUEST f&f and someone pays you can NOT ghost them. What kind of seller does that? You personally did it to me and you just donā€™t answer for days. Take weeks to send out throws. And the communication is non existent:There had been so many people have complain about you on here. Doesnā€™t that mean your the problem? You literally have like 10+ people complaining you donā€™t follow through with your promises, you just send the throw out eventually. Thats just ridiculous man and you ghosted me for a while ā€œbefore your car accident.ā€ Youā€™re always busy and doing something to not answer someone who sent you money? If so many people are complaint and your always defending that should tell you something man: Change how you do things for the community as a whole. Your a known name in the community , but also known for the wrong reasons unfortunately. Merry Xmas !

Purchased a number of throws from ed recently. Shipping took a while, but i knew that was a possibility with his recent circumstances. With the number of hard to find collection throws i was able to get, and at a great price, I canā€™t say that it really matters to me. Big thanks Ed, merry christmas and happy new year.

I had been looking for a pink team edition XĀ³ Steamroller on and off since 2012.
I am very grateful EdDude sold and hand delivered my favorite yoyo.

Took a little bit but it was the holidays and they clearly have a lot going on in their life. As many have said, Ed comes through and I would deal with them again in the future.

I did take the recent feedback into account and used G&S though fwiw

Hereā€™s the timeline, 40 days from the deal/payment to received:

  • Nov 24: contact Ed, Negotiate a deal(OD Marque,OD Sugarglider,& Oxygene Sy2ygy), and sent payment
  • Nov 30: Ask if there is an update on shipping or a timeline
  • Dec 1: Ed responds he shipped 10 orders on Friday(29) and mine would be shipped the next day(Dec 2) with nine other orders, I thumbs up his message
  • Dec 12: Ask for an update as there has been no follow-up such as tracking
  • Dec 14: Ask for Ed to ship and/or provide tracking or refund money, also make a public post asking if others have received what they ordered for reassurance
  • Dec 15: Ed responds Stating he thought he shipped it out but it was actually in his trunk and he would have it sent out tomorrow
  • Dec 20: Ed provide a picture of a box with a tracking number
  • Dec 30: USPS claims to have received the package - Ed says he for sure sent it on the 20th, it is USPS during the holidays so it is fair to say it probably was on USPS for the delay
  • Jan 3: I received package 1 out of the three yo-yos is wrong, technically two, I paid for an Oxygene Sy2ygy got a one-drop rev, and reached out to Ed asking about the Oxygene
  • Jan 3: I received a full refund for the Oxygene but no message
  • Jan 4: wait for any response for 24 hours to give him a chance to say anything
  • Jan 11: Ed Reaches out explains and apologizes for the situation and offers to refund the Halifax too, I told him I appreciated the apology and that I was happy with the Halifax as I bought it more from the picture than the name, wanted the colorway - Furthermore, It came to my attention that I accidentally may have implied I only got a partial refund for The Oxygene, Sorry about that Ed - so I want to clarify, I got a full refund($125) for the Oxygene and meant that the part refunded was a partial of the total for all the yoyos paid for - additionally, Ed offered to let me keep I the rev and I offered to ship it back at cost to Ed either that close that

@EdDude Ed, I didnā€™t mind waiting, and I understand you have extenuating circumstances. However, your lack of adherence to your word and terrible communication have withered any charitability. I believe if I hadnā€™t chased you down like this I would never have gotten the yoyos in a timely manner or a refund for the Oxygene. The only thing that was making it worth dealing with the frustration was the Oxygene. I would not have bought the other two if it wasnā€™t for the Oxygene and thatā€™s frustrating. However, from all the facts available, I conclude this situation was an unintentional and preventable comedy of errors rather than a scam or repeat unscrupulous behavior. Ed just kinda seems a bit haphazard but not malicious.

To everyone else wondering if they should buy from Ed, you should look at my timeline and evaluate for yourself. Evaluate how Ed conducts transactions and communicates when plans change or things go south. Additionally, whether to do F&F or G&S is also up to you, but I will say Ed did refund me when he was alerted to the issue. To Edā€™s credit, I have now received an explanation and an apology and that means a lot to me, thank you.

P.S. There is no OD Marque yoyo, I assume you meant Marquis, but the yoyo is neither it is a Halifax. I ascribe this as an honest mistake and am okay as it looks like what I picked from the picture. I am happy with the Halifax

Surprised to see the recent feedback for Ed. I bought a Sengoku Shinobi from Ed about a month ago that I had been looking for for quite some time.

While slow to respond, Ed shipped the yoyo within a week of payment and I had a great buying experience. I would buy from Ed again.

Bought from Ed several times , Last time from this big sale . Speed isnt the major value thats true but everytime ive got what i paid for . Will buy from him next time . Thats my history .

I think this sentiment has been put out a few times, but Iā€™ll put in my own account.

Did some deals, things took a while. True, a long while. Iā€™ll admit, at times I wanted to throttle him. But he did send the stuff out.

And when things werenā€™t exactly right, he accepted my return request without issue, and sent back my money with interest.

Heā€™s a good guy.

I think itā€™s time for the circular arguments here to come to an end. The pros and cons have been duly stated and debated. Unless thereā€™s new information to be had, letā€™s just move on. If you still have an issue take it offline.
