Apparently it learns to respond in a similar way to how Cleverbot learns.
The clever bot program is a complete lie. It pairs you up with someone else on the website and tells you its clever bot, likewise that person thinks you’re clever bot.
no, you’re wrong. it actually did work with the program for a while, and then when it got popular it switched to the method you mentioned.
