Removing Replay Pro caps

I’m hoping to remove the caps on a Replay Pro without damage and replace them. Suction cup? Any other ways? Not sure the axle is removable from one half so pushing doesn’t appear to be an option.

If you only care about avoiding damage to the yoyo, and don’t mind destroying the caps, then you could use a dremel to cut the caps almost in half, and then use pliers to pry them out. This is how I removed caps from a Sage.

I don’t want to damage the caps! I’m trying to swap caps between two Replay Pros.

You’ll need to sacrifice the response pads but it seems straightforward otherwise.

Wow! I never would have thought to look. Thanks.

If u gently lift up the response pads, there will be holes leading directly to the caps. If you take a small object, such as a 1 or 1.5mm Allen key, you would be able to push the caps out through the holes.

yessir lol

All correct answers appreciated!

The correct answer is leave the caps in. They’re not designed to be removed.

I’m not being sarcastic BTW.

Do you think it will affect anything? I’m just trying to make my optimal RP from three that each have some issue.
