also another question, and I know this sounds dumb, but when you splash it do you just splash paint on then put like a primer on or something.

no yoyos at Wal*Mart at ALL. it’s like they dropped the Imperial stock. (not that i’d buy one.)

Look in the section of WalMart that has the novelty toys they sell for.88 and $1. Like paddleballs, gag spiders, silly putty, those noisy magnets, punching balloons… I’ve been to 5 or 6 WalMarts in my state and they’ve all hidden the yoyos there.
