Having trouble getting both spacers off the bearing on my Protostar, I’ve tried the push pin method in the YYF video and even tried putting it in the freezer before to loosen them up, but no luck. Any other methods?
Yes. i do have a protostar and a northstar and i use those and mantain them very frequently.
What i do is to use a cutter, like the one you use to do paper crafts and such.
Use the blade and stick it between the pacer and the bearing and gently rock the spacer out of the bearing, thaty way you’ll cause no damage to the spacer and it’s pretty easy to remove.
