problem with sb hectic please help

just yesterday my hectic bearing started making loud crunching noises and got a little bit responsive i believe this is just part of the break in period. but rather then play with it and break it in and risk hurting my self because its making the yoyo vibe and be quite unpredictable, i would just like to clean the bearing instead. but my bearing is stuck in the bearing seat i cannot get it out at all and yes i’m using pliers, any tips or ideas on how i can get the bearing out, it seems to be really stuck in there
