Mighty flea strings aren’t a really huge draw back, it would be impossible to play with normal length string. When it’s wrapped up the string would be hanging out everywhere and you couldn’t throw it.
To the topic at hand I have two words. Mighty flea.
I’m a relatively new yoyoer myself. I recently
bought a Token and I love it. That is my travel throw and I keep my DM2 as my main ‘home’ throw.
Token:
pros: fun, fairly stable, fast, stock bearing works fine. Pocketable. I threw a kk bearing in it and sweeeet! Nice price and solid performer.
Cons: Real short axle. Not a big deal, but makes re-screwing a smidgen awkward. Has a heavy ‘thunk’ at the end of the string. As I’m told, unscrew/screw gently as it tends to strip out if you are rough with it.
