Hey, sorry if this is in the wrong spot, I don’t know where it goes. Anyway, I was wondering if the pocket change was a good yoyo. I want a good yoyo that can just fit in my pocket and has decent spin times. I’ve heard some things about it, but I would just to hear more. Thanks!
If you are looking for a pocket yoyo, the Pocket change it is most probably not the one you are looking for. I would recommend the Dingo, Popstar, or the Micromo instead.
No, it’s not a good throw. It vibes like a washing machine, and those plastic parts inside will crack if you hit the pavement. Get something else instead, maybe a lyn fury.
While I can certainly second the comment on fragility, mine didn’t vibrate as badly as many people say it does.
I still won’t recommend the Pocket Change, though. Look at the YoyoJam plastic line, such as the Lyn Fury, Legacy, Kickside, or Speedmaker. If you’re looking for cheaper options, look at the Yoyofactory plastics, such as the One or Whip.
If you want a beater or just want it for a collection then that is a good yoyo to get but to learn tricks and try to do anything complicated on it is not the best choice.
OK. I can see that. I don’t buy and add to my collection just to add to the collection. Everything is gonna get thrown. A lot. To each their own. There’s no real right or wrong. As long as we’re having a good time, it’s all good.
I just want a decent, cheap pocket yoyo, does the speed maker do that well? The protostar doesn’t fit in my pocket and is out of my price range,i would get it though, maybe I’ll get a northstar after christmas.
