The OG Yeti was infamous. Part of that infamy was material used and, I think, bearing seat issues?
Regardless, I’ve owned two and absolutely loved them.
With this link between CLYW and Luftverk, a Yeti made from the Luftverk blank could be awesome. It would fix the material problem and the bearing issue.
And that caramel color on one?

Why do people keep saying this? The Sk8r was friggin great (granted it was 53mm, but still), it’s very possible. Where are the undersized plastic = crap comments coming from?

It’s also made of delrin, which is denser than PC allowing the yoyo to be smaller, a similar design with PC would be harder to pull off (atleast, this is my understanding I’m no yoyo designer).

Pretty sure the lower density material needs the diameter or moi isn’t going to be high like the materials are physically limiting is my understanding but idk I’m not a designer either. Diameter has a huge impact on moi and is a way to help designers hit their moi target when they aren’t able to push it in other ways

2nd run/Titanium/Plastic
Shape-wise, I think it’s more reminiscent of the Titanium peak. I feel like it’s a blown-up version. Play-wise, it feels like it’s right in-between the 2nd run and Titanium (Titanium is prob my favorite playing throw to date). This is a perfect throw for every day and I honestly think they knocked it out of the park!

I love my first run black yeti. Just something about that material. Bearing seat is broken and the only thing that works is the boss rage bearing. Still love it to death.
