Our first release from Graviti - The VULCAN!

Graviti is a new company, started by Morgan Harrison, a college student and yoyo designer. Morgan started Graviti in highschool as a pet project, and just made a small first run of their first design. After the first run, they knew there were on to something and the VULCAN was born!

Named after the Roman God of the Forge, the Vulcan is an unstoppable powerhouse! It has comfortable angular cuts in the catch zone for great feel in hand and pushes weight out towards the rims for a bimetal-like playfeel. The fingerspin friendly cup on the Vulcan showcases a unique through-hole axle design to help center fingerspin easily and allow you to get a stuck axle out when it’s facing the wrong way. It also features a slightly tighter gap and a midwall for perfect snappy response and regens.

After many prototypes and redesigns, the Vulcan has the perfect balance of control, speed, and powerful spin. An excellent choice for players of all skill levels to learn with, advance with, or compete with!

Sorry that I don’t take professional quality photos of my yoyos sitting in bushes, or whatever. But this is my vulcan in its natural habitat. During a little purge of my collection this thing stays with me. It’s just awesome!

The gap width is around 4.45mm! I like it a lil bit tighter for that snappy response, even with normal string. I use OT Normals and HKMTs most of the time now, and they both play fantastically, but sometimes I’ll play with Sochi fat when I want those binds to just be smooth as glass. :smiling_face::metal:

That’s just your personal opinion.

I feel the optimal gap width is closer to 4.46mm

Well, I respectfully disagree. 4.5mm is the perfect gap width. Being the union of an even and odd number, this satisfies those who are odd and those who are even.

4 times 5 is 20, which is an even number, but when 20 is divided by 4, 5, an odd number, is once again reached.
