Does any one know of a way to do a one handed bind for when your other hand has something in it?
do a proper plastic whip, and swing the yo forward while dropping the loop from your thumb. That will bind it. Its what most people do for 3a when they fail.
You can also do a laceration without catching the string.
Yea, you can do handed bind by whipping the string into the gap. A move like this like an offstring fly bind.

Make a bigger whipping motion to hook it on. Why is it that you need a one-handed bind anyway?

Yeah, I can do one hand bind. I just did the hook, but not with my other hand.
