IM struggling to make a one and half mount so I can move on to more advanced tricks. I sort of understand the mount but I can’t seem to flip it under my index finger. Can anyone help
You are probably keeping both hands the same distance apart. You will need to move your non throw hand towards your throw hand to flip it up.
I had some struggles with this as well. What helped me was instead of throwing around your non throw hand pointer to get into a 1 1/2, throw it over your non throw hand pointer finger (sorry for kindergarden name for things XD) AND your thumb. Then you can seperate the strings a bit more, making it easier. Then you can take your thumb out when as you’re half way into the little roll into that string.
