Whenver I attempt a One and a Half Mount I always miss the string, or it hits both the string I’m trying to catch it on and the one attached to my throw finger. What do I do?
to avoid hitting both strings try geting the string close to the end of your throw hand pointer as possible, and also try moving you throw hand lower that the non throw hand and bring your hands slightly closer together this allows the yoyo to push up the string and make the mount
Try to limit the amount of string you’re allowing for the yo-yo to land on the string, but not too little so that the yo-yo hits your hand and spins out.
Like a trapeze, you have a better chance of landing it when you give it less string to fly around with.
