any Ohio yoyo stores kite shops and hobby shops will do as well one near Dayton is what I want but somewhere else is fine

There used to be a kite shop in Bowling Green but that seems like a lifetime ago. Closest physical stores I know of are in PA.

can you tell me where it is i going to pa for pa states this year so i can check it out after the contest

There is ■■■■■■■ near Erie, PA I think and then SW Randall’s has a couple stores in the Pittsburgh area.
