Ive been getting into off string yoyoing. Ive looked at a hayabussa, Feista, big yo, and the zeekio bird. If you like one of these or like a particular off string yoyo please comment. Thanks. btw i would like to keep it under $30
I personally love the Hayabusa
When set up correctly it is one of the best.

i think the big yo is your best choice because its huge, sleeps pretty long and is extremely durable

You might like the YYJ Equinox… I’ve heard good things about it.

While I haven’t played offstring I certainly wouldn’t get an equinox until I was quite advanced at it. It costs $45 dollars so I’d go with something cheaper. I’ve heard good things about all of those yo-yos I doubt you can go wrong with any of them.
I started 4a about 3 months ago with a Fiesta and all I can say is …wow. It is super easy to catch so it isn’t to frustrating when learning. It has great spin times, I also found whip catches were extremely easy to perform. Another pro is that it is only $25. I fully recommend this yo-yo to anyone wanting to start 4a.
i have tried basically all offstring yoyos. Go with the bigyo- it is still my fav. but zeeko is a close second 
Fiesta
I would start with a Big-Yo because it’s big, so it’s easy to catch, super durable which is good for 4A, and it also is a great 4A yoyo overall. So I would highly recommend it for you.
