So much for me Nickle plating :(.

There’s often room for one more.

Jason Wong Zero was doing anodizing. He still does, but not on the same terms he did before. Spotted Banana was doing anodizing, but not anymore I think. Vendetta has closed up shop. The bigger shops just don’t have time for small runs and one-offs.

Brett Grimes does painting, as do a few others.

There’s room for some competition.

The way I see it, maybe with more than one person doing the service, it will push them all to work harder, learn more and improve. This is good business skill and good business ethic and in the end, if it works out, everyone wins: Business increases and more clients are happy.

I do painting with all positive feedback so far. But business is slow.

Perhaps you might entertain the thought of powder coating?

Seems like a few new interested people in pc’ing. Jupdyke and another who will anounnce when he’s ready I assume.

Its a fairly forgiving discipline and relatively affordable safer than most as well.

And before you say I have it all locked up on powder coating think again. Don’t look to be someone else be yourself! Options are limitless.
