It’s called Yoyo Throwers Unite! It was created as a place for yo-yoers to show-off, talk, help, and interact with other throwers.

Enough sarcasm. It’s a google+ community for yoyoers who have a google+ account. As a way to meet other throwers who are not yet in their circles. If you have one you know what I’m talking about. Think of it as an alternative or something else you can do while on google+.
