1 . Go with either Duncan stickers Or Yoyojam stickers.
2 . Try to promote your blog by making a funny video,or showing what you offer on your blog.
Duncan silicone stickers are good.
For the blog, first make sure that it is interesting and entertaining - once you are sure people will to read it, find one tag line that pretty much sums up what it is about and promote wherever you can (forums, facebook, etc.)
