need help with kickside

I am really new to yo yoing and i don’t know much about anything. whenever i do a sleeper with my kick side it is really hard to bring it back up. i have to pull up a lot and it is really irritating me. i want it to come back up easier . please help

use some yoyojam thick lube… you can buy it on this site. make sure it is thick, not thin, and then just put it on your bearing.
