My very first yoyo.

That’s what I’m looking for
The fact that has 2 bearings is nice and, for what I’ve read, it is what you said: a many throws in one.

I got the drifter and love it ;D but when it doesn’t come to your hand if you bind it you might have to take it apart to get the string out :stuck_out_tongue: . I saw a comment that said drifter without the response in it so if you get it I’d suggest trying that.

This isn’t metal, but the yyf velocity is a great beginner yoyo.  It is also very durable and will handle hits to the ground.  It also has adjustable response which means that you can switch it from coming up to your hand when you tug to coming up with a bind.  Here are two great videos to watch.

If you get an unresponsive yoyo, search fake bind on youtube it works much better then a normal bind

I"m going to partially disagree. I just saw the video, and I haven’t tried it myself yet. What I will say is that we should all know multiple ways to bind, and as far as I can see, this should just be one more method we should be aware of.

So, I definitely thank you for the pointer and suggestion. I’ve downloaded that video for my convenience.

A fake bind doesnt get knots in the string
