did this today, its 51mm, I put fh2 weight rings under the caps but theyre a tiny bit too big so the caps dont completely fit but its good enough

pretty good, smooth, but the flat rims are huge so sometimes the string doesnt go into the gap when you hit the rims

it was just a practice, one side is a tiny bit too loose to be playable without any sort of glue
I love Alex’s ides of the FHx so I tried to do something similar, one half is perfect but the other half is a bit messed up. On the bad half the delrin ring came off the yoyo when I was trimming it and got a bit cut up in the process. Has a bit of vibe but I havent tried tuning it yet
