Its good. But it looks really bad where its flat rimmed, maybe he can sand it manually until its much better.
I agree, it looks a little rough to grind to I would recommend your brother to satin it and make it smooth, But he did a really good job! Tell your brother that Nmaster says " nice work" just kidding, you don’t need to say that ;D
