This is my favorite wall in our house.
Haven’t found the time to reinstall the SG’s neck pickup since having it rewound.
And they could all use fresh (guitar/yoyo) strings.
I bet that SG has got some good stories.
And some not so good ones.
Not videos but I do have a huge amount of recordings that I use to send to my teachers all the time, if you want I can send you a couple I should have them somewhere on my digital recorder
That would be dope!
Count me in!
I would like to take a listen too!
Wait…are there more guitars on either side???
Never seen one before. Is it guitar tuned?
No. Its tuned Dd aa dd. Three chordal pairs. The last pair are tuned to D, one octave apart.
Wow that’s really interesting. I’ll look up some vids on YouTube to see how it sounds.
It can be played line the last three stings on a drop d tuned guitar. I like playing more traditional sounding stuff, but it can be fun to play Soungarden and Rage Against the Machine on it.
I definitely play 90s rock on my uke (maybe not Rage). I’ve played a little System of a Down. Found an ok arrangement for Chop Suey IIRC.
Neat! I had a Charrango for a while but never really learned it well enough.
Epic bass lineup!!!
On the left, a Vintage Brand SG knock off that is very nice and next to it a Deering Goodtime Special Banjo. I actually started with a banjo in the early 70s. Noting directly to the right. I have one more hanger for a frankenstrat I built up from an Asian body and a Warmoth roasted maple neck with SS frets.
Just recently got into synths and been playing around with a Microfreak, fun stuff!
Being the video game nut I am, I love video game music. Budding video game music cover artist here… Made this track this evening using the sounds of my synth (no presets used)
Ok who wants to trade some yoyos for a baritone electric guitar? I have a need. A mighty need.

Made a fuzz pedal for like $3.
