I can do something similar to that but I have no idea how to describe it. There is one way of doing it (the basic version) is do a Mach Whip but from under the yoyo. He almost goes from a 1.5 mount and has a nice flourish to it, but just try watching it in slow mo over and over until you understand. That’s your best bet.

Thats how I got the rest. I’ll ask the people at my yoyo club if they have seen anything like it. I was talking about the whip part only not the tension slack.
Like Zorro said, youre pretty much doing a Mach Whip but under the yoyo. The whip itself is identical to a plastic whip if I recall.
