I’m starting to think it’s not the yo-yo….it must be me…
You got this Steve!
No throwz is pretty easy but also pretty easy to overthink.
Don’t overthink it.
Just hold the yo like you’re about to do a regular front style throw, give it a tiny toss with the slightest bit of roll, basically straight up, then intercept the string with your nonthrow hand pointer.
Boom!
You’re in a trapeze stall. Do a simple dismount, catch and you’re golden.
Let me know if you need help. I can try to make a video for you if I get time. (This offer is for anyone who wants help)
I can’t help but wonder, after March ends, what should we do next?
Aha, 0April
We can do 2a April 2april. Itll be the like 4 x 2a tricks to grind out for a month. US participation would be maybe a dozen 2a players and there is no prize we could get that they probably don’t already have or doesn’t meet their personal looping preferences anyway.
This is jokes please don’t make me prep for 2april24
Trying to find my best yoyo for modern responsive. So far I’ve used the Freehand Zero, Turner Cenote, Recess First Base, and the RCS Sk8r. I wanted to convert my Bullock Slappa to responsive, but didn’t have a small enough axle to make it work. FH0 so far is the best of what I have.
I should be recording my video tonight. I believe my 13-year-old is going to participate, too!
Absolutely. Welcome to the party. Nice work!!
I just realized…I’m home alone this week…I don’t have my little filming partner with me.
Time to innovate!
My very sketchy MRM week 1 entry!
You say this was very sketchy…but I didn’t see any drawings at all…
Nice job
Looking forward to seeing you move forward through the month. Thanks for joining us.
