I feel awkward commenting first, but here goes.
the Umbra is now my favorite yoyo out of my 20 yoyos, and that’s saying a lot. this thing is dead smooth, no fingernail vibe, tiniest bit of string vibe, but not too noticeable.
a lot of people don’t enjoy it for tech, because of the width, and I understand that, but luckily I don’t do a ton of tech. I especially like it for slacks and Injections. the width helps with slacks, and the masked off response pad groove, and bearing seat for Injections. because of this non-blasted finish, it feels grippy, and the string gets caught nicely.
it is super light, yet it has a crazy amount of power and a good amount of spin time, and the Umbra is super stable. overall a great yoyo, from a great guy!
so yeah… i love the Umbra.

The US-side of the Converge production is wrapping up soon, waiting on shipments and some final testing/inspection. There will be several colorways, available from Mk1yoyos, from OPYOYO, and here at YoyoExpert, of course 
I will also be running a contest for the Mk1 colorway (purple/gold) 00/30 Converge, which you can win… for free! I’ll be getting that all sorted out soon enough, so keep on the lookout.

Are there pictures of all the colorways somewhere? I’ve seen a lot of purple /gold. What will come to YYE? My understanding is that these will release tomorrow morning but haven’t been announced on YYE yet?!

YYE hasn’t announced their release date or colorways yet. They’re VERY cool looking, though.
Purple/Gold is specific to Mk1, and Pink/Rainbow are for OPYOYOS. YoyoExpert has two special colorways.
