They’ve been out of business a long time and don’t count in this debate.

for this to be even remotely valid youd have to list every OD yoyo and then every YYFr yoyo, and then see how the numbers look like.

Wide and Rim Weighted

Which requires other yoyos to compare which, by definition, makes it a relative measurement. ie. subjective. You can accurately say, “One Drop doesn’t make (many) competition focused yoyos that are as wide or wider than their competitors.” You can not accurately say, “One Drop doesn’t make wide yoyos.”

i agree with this, yes. This is fair to say.

Id even be able to very confidently say “One Drop makes close to no wide yoyos”, given how the ones that can be classified as “wide” are so few and far between in the sea of their catalogue and rerun choices.

My car is made in Sweden by a Chinese owned company. I think the Swedes still have a free hand in running it.

IMO, you should just get them made overseas. Cheaper and more value, so you might be able to pursue a riskier design for the same amount of money without any actual increase in risk.

He did say this:

I just did what he asked.

Wide and rim weighted though

I think you missed this part

The OD Still Rollin was designed by a competitor and is 41.40 mm wide. That’s not typical for competition yo-yos. Maybe that is part of the reason why it was designed the way that it was(?)

Theres a difference between “Designed by a competitor” and “Performance oriented yoyo”.

I don’t have to do anything, really, I was just doing what he suggested. He said “any” as I noted above. And for the record, I didn’t open this whole semantics debate, you can thank Jordan for that.

Let me try again, here’s every release from both since 2020 excluding the deeper state since it’s not really elgible.

thanks @chaosgow

If you handed me a Still Rollin and told me to compete with it I’d probably just ff. Same goes for most people I’d imagine.

Sorry if you read this Talia, it’s not personal.

Are those not competition YYFr yoyos? I believe their team all ran them.

It was expressly designed for competition and performance.
