I determine string length by what length allows me the most control. An inch too long or too short is like driving with a wobbly steering wheel and really bad brakes.
Cool video. I was thinking of string length recently. A year ago i started using much longer string thinking i needed it for techy stuff. Took a while but i realized i don’t have enough control. Your suggested length is what i use now. Maybe I’ll lengthen it again when i actually learn techy stuff.
