Lube or Break-in

Hey guys, today I just got my YYF Protostar. Should I lube the bearing or break it in?

Lubing increases running torque.
“Breaking in” (playing with it until the oil in the bearing evaporates) decreases running torque.

One achieves the opposite of the other.
Instead of “running torque” you could look at as responsiveness or how freely the bearing spins.

How does it play?
I’ve kept mine stock for a month and it’s running just fine. Just play around with it to break it in.

I need to clean the bearing because I got some silicone in it from using flowable silicone. >:(

Yeah, just definitely break it in. Lube will mess it up.
