I’ve had packages that have gotten delayed/stuck/weren’t updating in the scanner, so I filed a claim, and literally in less than 48 hours, the package was on my doorstep. I must’ve done this 5 times around the holidays alone when USPS was at peak craziness. I wish someone would’ve told me this sooner b/c it was a nightmare wondering if packages would come for awhile. I’m sure that’s all you’ll have to do to get your situation figured out.
Yeap happy ending after all. Received the package today. Shoutout to @TheHelveticaScenario. I put in a missing package request and sure enough 5 days later they were on the way to my door.
