Sleep times won’t matter. And it really is all on the throw.
But if it really maters that much to you, In that price, probably DM.
Either the Dark Magic (YYJ Dark Magic II – YoYoExpert) or the Speeder (http://shop.yoyoexpert.com/product/20/YYJ-Speeder) should suite you just fine.

You could scratch up the 120 for a Buddha King 2… Hans got a 19 minute sleep…
But when it comes down to it, you only need 30 seconds for a trick, maybe a minute and a half for a combo… So any of the YYJ hybrids will do you fine… I suggest the Die-Nasty or Legacy… Save some money… Pick up a counter weight, or some string, or maybe a Big-yo or looper!
any ball bearing and a good throw will get you a good sleeper honestly you don’t need the lnogest sleeping yoyo to get really good. get the DM(pretty good) or a legacy(preferred, by some, over the DM) so…yeah…
