I’ve had my Legacy for about a month now. At first, I didn’t know what the whistle was. I learned it was my bearing needing to be lubed.
So, I bought some YYJ thin lube, and a new bearing. However, even when I put the lube in the new bearing, and played with it for a couple weeks (thinking it was it breaking in) it’s still making that annoying whistle! I can’t figure out what it is.
Any solutions?

It’s the plastic resonating the bearing noise. Wear ear plugs.

Every Yo-Yo does this whistling. It won’t really affect the play of the Yo-Yo.

The whistle is just something you’ll have to get used to.
The legacy is like the loudest yoyo out there. If you want a quiet yoyo, try an Hspin Pyro.
