Cop one at Nats. No 29! Sweet throw. This will probably sit on my shelf unless someone throws stupid money at me
glad I stayed in line.
Nice! Is the yoyo have the serial number on it?
Congrats!!! I’m not jealous!! No, not at all!! ![]()
Also curious if yoyo has the s# on it
Awesome! I’d like to get one from the online drop, but I think it’ll be really hard.
I wasnt gonna go for it but I was hangin with Spence and he got me all hyped up about it. silicones drying in no. 4
The yoyo itself is not serialized
Both sides have writing or just 1 side?
Both
That tells me Spence got one, that starts my day with a smile, glad you got one too, and even better to hear it’s getting some silicone in it, because I know what that means. Give it hell for me
Oh, it’s gorgeous.
Congrats!

I did indeed! Here’s my post from the mailday thread
Some Peak comparison pics for y’all!
As you can see, the rim specifically is pretty different (at least compared to this 2nd run, pictured left) - much more rounded and “softer” on the Legacy Peak (on the right). The rims are surprisingly flat by comparison on the OG.
And just for fun… Peak 1, 2 & Legacy Peak
I’m so glad to see such amazing ano again.
Do do caribou pads fit in the legacy peak? Pretty cool if so, that the original cad is compatible. I’ve heard that the 21mm pads were similar to the og peak specs, but that’s super tight if so.
I’m still confused about the CAD, weren’t they saying it was lost?
As I understand it, the machine shops modified the original cad to make it easier to machine for them. They cut corners. The og cad still existed, but the directions weren’t followed, and this is the first time Chris’ original designs were followed to the T.
Yes, it takes regular CLYW Snow or Summer Tires
Don’t think so, and if it was ever lost, they found it. I talked to Steve @ Nats about this thing for awhile and he mentioned he had the original CAD for it. Sounds like he must’ve gotten it at some point from Chris.
Correct
Who’s got #69?
