I swear that was a big point brought up in the P3ak thread.
Well they only sold 50. Someone in line right behind me asked the same thing and we were reminded that it wouldnt be in there.

Hmm that doesn’t really make sense, this would have to be the original first run CAD, not second run.
DOH! I forgot about that! There’s still hope yet! 
The entire point of this release is that it’s the original CAD, rather than the one Chris modified for the 2nd run
The 2nd run has much flatter rims, so I’m excited to see some comparison pictures with the first run.
The Legacy Peak is made from the original CAD that Chris sent to the shop. The modified CAD that they used to produce the actual first run is gone, so there is no way for us at 1-to-1 recreate the first run. So instead we produced what the first run should have been which is honestly better.
Reading back through I definitely wasn’t super clear there, sorry about that. And yes, the original file we used for the Legacy Peak was on a very sketchy old hard drive lol

I felt a touch of nostalgia seeing the images of the Legacy Peak… like a trip back in time.
I’ll try to get my hands on one when they go on sale!

it felt like a “and why shouldn’t I?” type situation and I also figure thats as easy as it’ll get to get one of these. Lining up early is easy, sniping a 50 unit drop online is not.
