I got a equilateral, protostar, and role model. Pretty happy, kinda wish I could have got a genesis but I cant really complain since I got three yoyos. heres an unboxing

No the bearings are not the same. The one in the equilateral is a centre-trac whereas the one in the package is just a ānormalā spec bearing

Could not be happier I preferred the equilateral to the genesis and the protostar to the shaqlr.
I even got the equilateral color I wanted

I gotta say that for $45 these mystery boxes were an absolute steal for a retail purchase. I had considered purchasing the hubstack Genesis (admittedly never wouldāve purchased solid black but whatever), Equilateral and Shaqlerstar at one time or another. Being able to try them all out for $90 is pretty awesome.

around the i17 and bell. I hear they started doing classes at desert ridge mall but I havenāt been able to make it out to one yet. last time I was over there was the AZ contest last month
EDIT also, am I the only one not really diggin the Equilateral? I mean it feels great but itās not really playing how I want it too, besides, Iām not getting very great spin times out of it for some reason. Time to clean+lube the bearing I suppose. Hopefully I change my mind about it in the next few days otherwise I might have to B/S/T it. >.<

NO! I am loving the Equilateral. I was surprised to find out it was 66 grams. I mean, itās huge! But then I threw it and it just hung in the air waiting to drop onto the string for my first trapeze with it. Iāve been having a blast with this thing. Donāt get me wrong, my favorite YYF throw is the Genesis, but I have no use for stacks or the added weight. Give me the standard (or 7075 version) Genesis any day. But Iāll keep my Equilateral, thank you.
Iām loving the equilateral too ā¦ To me it doesnāt feel overly solid or heavy at all. Wide shape is very comfortable and Iāve had no trouble going crazy fast with mine ā¦
Personally canāt stand hubstack/solid black yoyos so I guess I lucked out

Now I have three ShaqlerStars. What am I gonna do with all these? Oh well, Iām lucky that I like the ShaqlerStar a lot so Iām keeping it.
The other hand, Iām kinda conflicted if Iām content with the Genesis or not. I actually wanted to get an Equilateral for obvious reasons but I guess I didnāt get that package 
But I think Iām more sad about the lack of loopers =[
Itās all good, I guess. Unless someone wants to do a trade their Equilateral for my Genesis, you knowā¦hit me up *winkwink
I may actually consider this if I decide I donāt like mine. So far itās not really grabbing my attentionā¦
