I figured it out. He’s the hero Gotham deserves. He has two hearts and knows that time is just a a big ball of timey whimey wibolly wobolly stuff. He’s an expert assassin with a bar code on his head and an extendible blade on his arm. He has a portal gun on one hand and a yoyo in the other. He’s just amazing.
