I've been so grumpy these days...


For the past few days, I’ve been so stressed and out of it that I’m just grumpy and I tend to say things in a negative manner. If my posts at the General Yoyo section didn’t give it away. Yoyoing and sleeping [the best cure for grumpiness ever] don’t even cut it at the moment.

It really sucks 'cause I’m a positive person, but lately I get pissed so easily I just let it all out.

And it’s almost finals week in my college to make things worse. Aghh.

I feel you. I can’t wait for a few extra days off. Seems like very little has gone right these last few weeks. Thank goodness for yoyoing. It’s not perfect but it helps.

Hey Grumpy! Relax a bit! :wink:

I hate it when I’m feeling grumpy and can’t seem to find my positive side. Here’s a few things that seem to help me:

  1. Find an activity that requires my total concentration. That way I can’t think about all that other stuff.
  2. Try to get a bit more sleep, even if it’s a nap here and there.
  3. Surround myself with positive people.
  4. Try to eat super healthy and drink lots of water.
  5. Get more exercise.
  6. Quit procrastinating and take care of business that is looming over my head.
