wondering if low price= low quality
The quality is just fine. It’s a smaller throw though so its not quite as easy for some people to use.
i have smaller hands, so the small size was something i was looking for

Two things:
It wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t a decent yoyo. That means quality as well.
I doubt YoYoFactory would keep pumping out junky yoyos. They make good stuff.
Having said that, man, that Popstar is 43mm in diameter? Wow, that’s way small! I was going to recommend a dv888 since you like small.
The popstar is a great little yoyo for the price, and it is little.
But you get a great, fun product for the price
